


| Malone Mitchell 3rd Chairman and Chief Executive Officer From 1985-2006, Malone built Riata Energy into one of the largest privately held energy companies in the United States. In 2006, he sold controlling stake in Riata Energy. Later, Riata Energy was renamed SandRidge Energy (NYSE:SD). Near the time of sale, SandRidge Energy had 1 Tcf in proved reserves, 300 miles of gas-gathering pipeline, greater than 34,000 horsepower of gas compression, and owned or operated 43 drilling rigs. Shortly after stepping down from SandRidge, Malone founded Mitchell Group. Mitchell Group includes Riata Management and Private Energy, Oilfield Service, Investment, and Consumer Business in North America, South America, and Asia. Mr. Mitchell graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is actively involved in venture capital and agriculture businesses. |

| Mel Riggs Director Mr. Riggs has served as Senior Vice President - Finance, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: CWEI) since 1991, and as a Director since 1994. Since 1989, Mr. Riggs has served as Manager of Finance of the Williams Companies. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Riggs was initially employed as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of ClayDesta Communications, Inc., an affiliate of Mr. Clayton Williams, and thereafter as Vice President of Finance of Advanced Telecommunications Corporation, which acquired ClayDesta Communications, Inc. in March 1989. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil & gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992. Additionally, he serves as Director of several companies that are involved in mineral exploration in Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Prior to forming his own company in 1997, Mr. Winn spent four years as an analyst for a Southern California-based brokerage firm where he was responsible for the evaluation of emerging oil & gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has completed graduate course work in accounting & finance and received a B.S. in Geology from the University of Southern California. |

Since 2003, Mr. Bayley has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Quest, a publicly traded mortgage investment corporation. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Quest Investment Corporation, a publicly listed merchant bank based in Vancouver. He was also the co-founder of Quest Ventures Ltd., a privately held merchant bank based in Vancouver which also specialized in bridge loans. Prior to Quest Ventures Ltd., Mr. Bayley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Oil & Gas, which was sold to Enermark Income Fund in 1997. |

Mr. Alexander is a founder of Alexander Energy Corporation served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer from 1980 to 1996. Alexander Energy merged with National Energy Group in 1996 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to present. Prior to that, Mr. Alexander served as Vice President and General Manager of the Northern Division of Reserve Oil, Inc. and President of Basin Drilling Corporation, both subsidiaries of Reserve Oil and Gas Company of Denver Colorado, from 1976 to 1980. Mr. Alexander has served on numerous committees with Independent Petroleum Association of America, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and has served advisory with the State of Oklahoma Energy Commission. Mr. Alexander received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering in 1959 from the University of Oklahoma. |
